Joz Knoop I love the quiet and deep sounds, the longer nows. I wrote some poems where I translated the English titles in Dutch and published them. I am glad Bloemfontein is still a band that can be discovered. Thanks Bandcamp! Favorite track: Please Abide By Spiritual Triumphs.

about

In the winter of 2004 Bloemfontein loaded up their gear and brought along Ryan Fields to produce their first full-length album. The sessions dug into recently written songs that were being included in the live sets, as well as songs from the Improvisational series. The tapes were mixed with the band by James Prentice in his studio that once was a bowling alley in downtown Ft. Erie, Ontario. Working with Alan Kovan, longtime staple of the Detroit Space Rock Scene, it was decided to release 9 songs over 2 CD's, to be released by Alan's 'Label Hi Fidelity Recordings' (now Dock Ellis Records). The album showed up in chart listings across Canada, and CD's went by mail across the World.
